I have a potion of antidote that I assume I am supposed to use on the Spirit of the Realm. The creature is near death. However, when I go to use it, I end up using it on myself. Am I supposed to kill this Spirit of the Realm?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have another chat with the Spirit, after your first chat. Bit slow on the uptake and all that.

This area can be really really buggy Lady A!!

Take your time, check around the place and look for treasures, be sure to go through all the options of the discussion and then you will get the greenmarked option to use the potion.

Note is you drink the spirit poison then you can converse directly with the spirit he will tell you all sorts of things and then you can give it the antidote.
