DJG, friend, you are back! I began to miss you.

Sir Goulum, your robe is not overpowered, but Robe of Vecna is. People would rather wear Vecna's that yours. Other than that, it is good for later stages of the game.

What do you mean by "Normally considered +4"? Long swords' damage is 1d8, bastard swords' 2d4.

Why would it grant additional damage against Dragons? Not all of them are evil.

Dragon Slayers do not care if a dragon is good or evil... they have a strange way of defining good and evil when it involves a dragon.. hence the extra damage probably.

I think he means with +4 that it hits as a +4 enchanted weapons

Good enough, just make sure they stick to the rules .. then I don't see a problem.

Just to point it out, I'm not the one that picks out all the weapons/items for the shop... that is something we all do (I just make some rules for everybody to stick by, without them it would be choas and all )
And ofcorse I will create the shop with the help from different people here.

It does double damage to dragons as well.

Statistics:

While Equipped:
Regeneration (1 HP every second)
Protection from Evil
Immunity to Fear

Special Abilities:
Detect Evil

THACO: +4
Damage: 2DNormally considered +4); +6 vs. Evil; +5 vs. Draconic species
Speed Factor: 3
Weight: 15
Strength Required: 13
Proficiency Type: Long Sword
Type: 1-Handed
Not Usable By:
Mage
Cleric
Evil Characters
He didn't mention dragonslayers. This is a blade for good people.
I would remove that extra damage vs Draconic creatures.
