How to create a Drizzt?

Does anyone know what type of character he is like?According to the book he is more like a ranger.Anyway,I don't know about that.

Oh by the way,are there any good scimitars in the game?I only manage to find the scimitar of the souls.

Drizzt is definitely a ranger, single class if I remember right.

Not too long ago a read a quite in depth forum on drizzt's class (8-10 pages) And to my understanding of it Drizzt is a Lvl 1 Mage, Lvl 4 Fighter, X Ranger. I think the X was approximately 20 but if drizzt got any stronger hus class would probably still be ranger

No no, from the official Dungeon and Dragon setting he is something like a level 12-14 ranger. I'd look, but I'm too lazy to go dig up my old Forgotten Realm campaing setting rulebook.

I thought I saw in one of the thrird Editon source book that he was a

10th level fighter/5th level ranger/1st level something else.

The rest is right but I doubt I read it inncorectly.

The book was Places in Fae'run something like that.

The stats J'aran posted are from the 3rd edition Official Forgoten Realms campain setting rulebook.

Well I doubt it go check at the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting book and you will see. It shows stats not only for Drizzt but for other famous dudes in Fae'run such as Elminster, Alustriel and of course Artemis Entereri and a couple more.

For example for Drizzt as I sad in my previous post in this thread. 10th level fighter/Fifth level Ranger and one level Barbarian (Yes I am right. You know if you read Salvatore's books that Drizzt goes into a rage and I suppose that rage came from the hunter within him.)
