What a night it has been

It got off to a good start when the mighty Arsenal extended their lead in the Premier League to 8 points.

Then that mob from Manchester missed out on more silverware (the only problem with that is that Memsie finally has something to celebrate ).

And finally, that mighty QLDer Andy Bichel single handedly silenced a Barmy Army that was in full voice and celebrating what looked to be a long awaited English win over the mighty OZ. Talk about having victory rudely snatched away at the last minute .

I saw plenty of banners at the cricket too, referring to a 3-1 scoreline - didn't we just beat them 4-1 in that last test seties?

I'm sure in Amsterdam they're still shaking for the might of Arsenal.

Denial? Or wishful thinking?
LOL Sever - the bait was out there but I hooked the wrong type of fish - going to have to throw you back I'm afraid .
The banners were all Australian, and they were deliberate pokes at the football score 3 or 4 weeks ago . So no denial I am afraid.

At least Man Utd has a chance of winning the Champions League
I doubt it if Arsenal will get any point at all in the remaining 2 games

Hi Rikard - I am betting that Arsenal will score points in the match against AS-Roma at Highbury - 3 of them is my prediction .
