in dorns deep i havegot the razarine brew thing but i don't know who bandoth is or where i can find him? can you help.

Bandoth is the ill tempered mage in the north eastern corner of that first level in dorn's deep (in the furnace)
to kill the liche, take his "phylantry" from it's chamber on the left, into Jamoth's tomb to the right. |

Well, about your first question, go to the entrance to the cave, and from this point walk towards east, following a little path close to the wall. You will find some kind of house, and there you find the guy you are looking for.
About the second question, try to talk to the ghost, she will explain you what to do. Anyway she will tell you that you have to talke the phylactery (?) thing and put it inside one of the tombs, cant remember one.
