I just bought the game and installed it and started to play and the frames are so so slow, and the sound is scratchy as well, its like the game is inching by. Any help will be much appreciated, if it goes on like this I don't think I will be playing much of the game.

What system do you have? CPU, graphics card, RAM, driver versions, etc. Its kind of hard to say what the problem is without any information.
One thing that might help would be to update the graphics card drivers.
