Why can't you download it? Download it from the Vault. If you still have troubles maybe Velkyn can email it to you or something.

As far as I know, few people have trouble downloading the hak. I recommend using a download manager.

I recently d/led it from the vault (but cant play due to my problem, see other thread) and I agree its a bloody bugger, the download keeps cuttin. I used DAP to fix the problem, though any download manager should do I think.
