I was just wondering, how do you export a character from an existing game into a new game? I see the import option, but no export option. And also, if you export a character, are they no longer in the game you exported them from?

to move one character to another game file you go to the first file where the character is then go to his records, then you should see a button named export, click it, now decide where you want your character to go, click the file (paladin, mage, cleric, bard, etc), then press export, now you can go to your other file and go to your character arbitration, make the character, click import, now go to the file in which you sent your character, click it and your character should pop up.

Nicely explained.
Let me offer one small modification, however. When exporting a character it is best to create a new file with the character's name. The names of character classes that you see when prompted to save the character are actually the pre-gnerated characters that come with the game. Overwriting them is not a big deal, but titles like fighter or paladin are not very helpful if you have more than 1 fighter or paladin you'd like to export. Also, you can export the same character multiple times by simply creating a new file each time -- just slightly change the name. This allows you to have low and high level versions of the same character to game with.

Good Charlotte Fan,
Good explanations have been given above. The only thing not covered is whether or not your exported character leaves the party when exported. And the answer is, "No." This means you may have your character in several different parties simultaneously. What's a party, without a song? Bards rock! Party on!!
