I would like to know if anyone knows how to swap out the NPC portraits in BG and Tales of the Sword Coast. I tried putting the portraits in the override folder with the same name of the character and that didnt work. I downloaded a program named Gatekeeper but that doesnt seem to have an option for it. Is there anyway to do this. Please help.

You need to name the files correctly--it needs to be CoranL.bmp and CoranS.bmp, and they go in the Portraits folder, not the Override folder (even though overriding something is exactly what you want them to do).
Some NPCs have slightly different portrait names--I don't know what Shar-Teel's is.

Actually, I got it to work yesterday. You have to drop the .bmp and just type the name with an L or S attached and it worked. Thanks for the help though.
