Halo, in case you didn't know yet, is an online shooter, a bit like Quake and Unreal, but also with Delta-Force like traits, to put it in 'old games talk'
You've got a lot of freedom and interaction with the environment, and the graphics are great. Haven't played it BTW but it seems to be a VERY good and addictive game. DOA is a mortal combat style game, I believe. Wonderful graphics there too. It also got a lot of positive (p)reviews [ 11-17-2001: Message edited by: Legolas ] |

I THINK it's online only, but I'm not sure. AFAIK, you'll need two people to operate a jeep properly, for example (one to drive, one to shoot) Now you can probably do so when you're using a set path, or you can do the driving yourself, which won't be as exiting as the shooting. There are sniper rifles, heck there's a whole world. You may be able to play it on your own, but that's unlikely.
Maybe there are special 1P levels though... Now come on Tiamat, tell us. You're the real 'expert' here |

I belice HALO (bounus points for those who know what HALO stands for) is more like ROuge Spear expect less stragtigec.
DOA is a Adventure/Shooter game, like Residents Evil. Thats what I think aynway, I could be wrong.
