My Henchmen (Xanos) is "near death". I've tried to use my heal potions on him to no avail. How do I revive him?

Use a heal kit on your henchman. Always worked for me.

Don't forget, if your henchman dies you can revive him with a ressurection scroll or spell... good luck, and spit that much
