Question regarding Anomen and Aerie

I was happily doing the Chapter 2 and 3 stuff and it came to the part about Anomens family troubles, I advised him to go and get revenge and we did and he then turned Chaotic Neutral and was bumped out of the order.

there were a few 'talky' bits where he seemed unhappy, and when I was in trademeet Anomne and Aerie had an argument and Anomen attacked her.
I ran Aerie around the screen abit away from him until he stopped attacking her but just after this Aerie would not move with the group when I had them all selected and moving as a group, she would move an inch or 2 and then stop and would not move a reasonable distance at all.
It seemed more like a bug than anything else, there was no explanation or reason for it.
Eventually I kicked her out of the group and got Edwin, but I was annoyed because I had built Aerie up to be a good mage and my group of merry men were of very high reputation, which Edwin didn't like and has caused a problem or two as were became more heroic.

any help?

i would say its a bug, trying talking to her to get her back in your party. if that doesnt work then try the newest patch or something.

Heheh, sorry, it's just that I know EXACTLY how insanely frustrating beyond words that is. I had the latest patch, I tried EVERYTHING, I tried dumping them both, I tried killing them both... EVERYTHING.

The solution is simpler than you might think--go in debug mode to bring up the console. This must be in a save BEFORE the talk between Aerie and Anomen after he fails his test.

Now, hold the pointer over Aerie and type this into the console:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("BAerie4","LOCALS",1)

This tells the game that the dialogue has already been triggered. I had no more problems after that.
