My boss saw the $425 million penalty stuff that would apply to our one client's violaitons and simply told the client that the number was "astronomical," "silly," and "akin to the Japanese national debt." Got me thinking. Anybody know the Japanese national debt? Also, he represented that we would likely get him off for $5-$10K up to at most $100K. Guess I better hope my way of approaching the problem is right.

Also, we have this case regarding a manufacturer of That's right,

Oh well, time to git while the gittin's good. A bottle of good Kentucky bourbon calls my name.
No idea on the Japanese debt... so have some saki and enjoy the toilet case.

Hi everybody!

Next thing on my to do list is leaving office in about 2 hours RevRuby. Maybe I should leave even earlier, because there's the slight danger that I'm going to kill somebody here (at the office - not IW).

uh oh, that doesn't sound good! Should we watch the headlines and keep our eyes open for "Wild man throws computer monitor at co-worker"?

Maybe Cloudbringer, but I thought more of a headline like: "After two years of desperate searching for a mysteriously vanished co-worker, a dead body has been found in the lumber-room of the company yxz. The interogations left the local police clueless so far."
Nah, don't worry - I'm already feeling better!

Seems like you have made a mark on other members in here Cloudy. Throwing stuff at co-workers like that... LOL!

Borvik, too bad things arenŽt all good at work. A monitor is a good throwing piece to start with. Other recommended items are a copy machine, the file cabinet etc. Just some friendly advice.
