I did mine a couple of years ago now and got full marks on the theory rather luckily. I then proceeded to get 15 minors on the practical...

Just for the non-Brits out there the examinor can fail you if you get any major faults and if you get 15 or more minor faults. If you have 15 exactly then it is up to them if you pass or fail. But the examinor gave me some quite dodgy faults - at a point where the road bent to the right and another road turned off to the left i.e. straight on geographically, I didn't signal for turning right and got a fault. Which is complete and total nonsense, but I passed so what do I care! The examinor in question is apparently under review at the moment...

Well done Lavi, now onto the hard part...

I hope to take mine soon, then do one of those intensive driving courses. LOL, I'm 31, hope my brain is up to it!

I can drive, and took my test when I was 17 - fucked it up in a major way by going through a stop light within a minute of leaving the test centre due to nerves. Instant fail. Never bothered to retake it, wish I had
A little history for you, Eppy

I was given driving lessons for my 18th birthday. I failed the test THREE times and I stopped dfor several years.

Then, when I was about 25, i really WANTED to drive and have a car, so I booked the intensive (1 hour a week was crap for me) and passed within 15 mins of starting the car

so you'll do fine
