Can a Cleric(1)/Druid(x) spontaneous cast?

Does anyone know if by taking one level of Cleric and the rest Druid, are you able to spontaneously cast healing spells (even the higher level spells that you obviously only have because of your Druid levels)?

Any other pros and cons (besides being a lvl behind in Druid) of this set up?

No, only Clerical spells can be converted to Healing. Even a pure-class Cleric can't convert his Domain spells, just his regular Clerical ones.

A Cleric 1/Druid x would be a quite pointless character, IMO. Only two or three spells that can be converted to Cure Light Wounds, one extra first level Domain spell, Turn Undead won't do anything because it's stuck at level one. Only pros I can possibly think of might be the extra abilities a Cleric of a certain Deity receives, like free Weapon Focus: Axe for Tempus-priests for example. But those won't be worth it either.

Oh yea, and free proficiency for heavy armors.
