Minor Quest Help (Spoil)

Ok I know I dont have to finnish the minor quest but thats not the point....

I'm on two quests

First...
Tha theives guild quest where I have to steel the medalion of a pristess... Where do I find her?

Second...
I'm also looking for the guy for the wizzards. I talked to his servant and searched the house and found out he has a cabbin in the hills. They are on my map but I can't get to them. What am i missing?

Go to the Temple District at night and enter the Temple of Talos.

Have you exited through the city gates yet? Go to the Gate District and walk through the city gate. You only need to do this once.

I just talked to the little boy, and the area opened up.

There are soooooo many side quests that it is taking me forever to finish them all off.

Just so you know, you don't have to do all the side quests before continuing on. You will come back and have an opertunity to start/finish them in a later chapter.

I hope that wasn't a spoiler.

Go to the city gates and trying exiting to the umar hills from there.
