multi-classed stronghold quests?

This only applies to character with two classes (multi or dual), one of your class need to be thief in order to trigger Renal to offer you the Mae'Var's guild-hall. Just do Nalia's quest first, when she offers you say you will consider but not now (or something like that). This will trigger her to leave your party and she will wait for you for a while outside the main gate of her keep. Now, provided you are a fighter/thief (or fighter/mage ...or....which ever class it might potentially apply to and the quests will of course be different), go and receive the quest from Renal back at Dock District and do it ASAP. At the end Renal should offer you the stronghold and then you can go and pay Nalia another visit at her keep. Her offer should still be open to you.

Remember specific class get specific stronghold. I am pretty sure we are not suppose to get more than one stronghold.
Monk is treated as a fighter in the game and will only be able to get the fighter stronghold, since he can neither multi or dual classed.
