find him in mook building. next to antone shop. you'll probably need a trang -mook alliance letter or umpani - mook alliance letter to get inside.

I remember missing this for a long time also.

I believe its northern building, and the entrance is in a cubby hole. You show the alliance letter to a hologram that talks to you when you click on a plaque outside the building.

It's near the crashed ship, look for the green glow coming from the building.
He's upstairs. (once you get in with alliance)

Yes, its in northern Arnika and you need the T-Rang or Umpani alliance letter.
I also have a question concerning to this.
The mooks talk about an exploration mission and that I could help. But when I recruit Urq, he doesnt say anything about it.
Does this belong to the missing parts of the game, like the mook ship or is there a way to handle it ?

urq want to explore new places. when you come to new places he'll talk some info about it and pay you some money. that's how you help the mook exploration.

the mook ship seems like an unfinished thing. just like some other part in the game.

I figure joining your party for a while is what the mission is. All the npcs have some sort of story for joining you for a while...

Thanks. I keep trying to go upstairs, but I just can't figure out how to get up there. The Mook downstairs doesn't seem to want to help.

As for the Mook ship, The only use I can see for it is if you can aggrevate the alram system on it to try and have a nice battle. I have'nt explored that too much yet.

There were several areas in the game that ended up being unfinished because of time constraints. The Mook ship was one of them. So was the condemned building, and I think either the ship or the lighthouse, as well. Pity they couldn't get those worked up before the release.
