I've played a few times now and got to thinking that I've never come across the "cloak of Balduran" or the "+4 Warblade", can someone tell me what chapters I will find them in. No need to tell me exactly where, I kinda assumed that depending on what type of character you play with, will determine to some degree what magic items will be loaded for that game...maybe I'm wrong.

As far as I know there's no Cloak of the Balduran OR any warblade +4. You'll find lots of +4 warblades in ToB though. The celestial fury is a +4 katana???? (not sure about that). And you've got the holy avenger (+5)

The Cloak of Balduran is BG1 only. The warblade +4 is part of the special equipment Ribald offers to sell you later in the game.

what Legolas said.
Also, is it just me, or when looking at the "special wares" does the sell value of your own equipment go up? |
