South of the Arnika-Trynton road is a graveyard filled with various undead things, and in the middle of it, a crypt, what am I supposed to do with that thing inside the crypt? CAN I do anything with it?

You can pour a potion of Holy Water on it (the spell won't do it). I believe it frees the hanging corpse's soul and you get experience for it.

I suspected that it'd be something like that, where do I find one of these potions? I believe I've stumbled across one before, but I didn't pick it up.

The experience reward is 1K per person. Good for early in the game.

I've heard that somewhere outside the graveyard in the hills there's supposed to be a flask of holy water, but you have to look carefully (possibly search or scout) to find it.

There is also a "hidden" dungeon to be found in this area. There are three "easter egg" dungeons (so called, because there are not apart of the game, they are as said before hidden).

You can go to http://wiz8.web1000.com/RetroMaps.html for maps of the three dungeons, and if you click on any of the maps you'll get instructions on how to activate access to each dungeon.

Alternatively, just click here to view the instructions on only the Cemetry Dungeon.

Enjoy!

Yes,there is a potion near the graveyard.I have picked it before.
When you turn south on Arnika-Trynton Road, heading on the graveyard,it is just on the right side of the road, under a tree.

Using the Holy Water also lets the spirits in the graveyard rest, so those Trynnie Spirits and their Sige friends will stop harassing you.
