You didn't actually mention where you are, mate.
 I'm assuming you're in the Underdark? Do a bit of wandering around until you find a gnome village. Check the northwest of the map. Do a bit of investigating and you will find your way to the lady in question.The entire chapter is about your trying to find a way out, so be patient and play through - it's a cool chapter.  ------------------
