I have Windows Media Player Series 9, and yesterday I noticed that all my media files have been deleted from the library (although thankfully not from the hard drive) Now the media library won't show up at all... and when I go to search for media... it says that it's searching... but doesn't do anything...

I LIVE on Windows Media Player... HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
thank you for you time

The machine I'm on now doesn't have MP, but you should be able to add all the files from your HD back to your library using the add, then browse functions. If no one else responds, I'll elaborate after I get home tonight.

Yeah, my first thought would be that a shortcut has been severed or deleted and taht is all you need to replace. The main program and movies are still there, in their original resting ground, you just gotta link back to them frmo wherever you were pulling from.
