Usb question

I was just wondering if anyone out there knows if there are any converters forusb to anything else apart from usb to usb2??

i just bought a new joystik and it only has a usb cable on it. my new computer can take usb. but my other (older)computer cant and my motherboard wont support a usb port.

if any one knows if they exist and where i can get one please tell me.
and in Australia too.

Yes you can get usb to ps/2 and ps/2 to ps/1 or whatever that bigger round port is called.

You can get a USB-gameport adapter. I dont know where from though, the one I have came with the stick.

You can buy a USB expansion card though that will have 2 ports on the back and run through the PCI bus, so your motherboard is irrelevant. They should be fairly common, any decent hardware store should have them.
