I've got a few questions that are very newbie-ish, but that's ok because I'm new. Anyway, on to the questions.

1: How can I delete characters from the inn? When I click them it removes them from my party but I can't seem to figure out how to delete them.

2: Is there a faster way to level? I've been playing for quite a few hours now and I've only got my 6 characters up to level 5. I don't have hardly any gold so I can't train in the guilds to raise my stats. I just found the serpent temple and Ishad'Na. I also have the game set on easy as I've never played before but I have the monster spawn set on high. Any suggestions on how to level quicker?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi and welcome to the board

1- To delete characters. When you're in the INN, access your caracter to look at the inventory. In that screen, you'll have the option to change the name and to delete your character.

2- To level up faster you can go and kill the Spirit of Rumphy in the second part of the crypt. If you kill him and leave the Catacomb area (I usually go to the mana fountain to recharge) and go back in, he'll respawn.

3- For your gold problem. If you're playing unpatch. Use the Inn money trick. If you are patched, go to the Fighters guild and become a member. In the members' area, you can buy Arrow +1 which you ccan sell at a profit. If you are in Ishad N'ha, go to the Doja and do the same with the Tekatceh (sp) arrows.

Cheers.

Hmm, I'm not familiar with rumphy. I completed the whole crypt quest and got the signet but I don't recall seeing him. Could you be a little more specific and tell me what else he is by and/or how to get to him? I've got the map printed out if you could tell me what room he is in, it would help even more. Thanks again for the help

P.S. How many people should I have in my party? I've got 6 now. SHould I take them only 2 or 3 at a time to level them faster?

Welcome to the board, Jord413 !!!

To find Rumphy :
From the Kerah Statue go east to a circular room
From there go south to another circular room, go east
Take the last door on the south (right side) and follow that around until you get to a square room - Rumphy is in the middle.

Check here for a map that should help:

Like Wyv said, to find Rumphy, go to the statue of Kerah. Go through the grilled hallway. At the first round room, go right. Then, in the next room, go left. Follow that til you get to the room with 3 doors on the right, 2 cubicle with levels on the left. Go towards the door on the other side of the room and pull the lever on the left. Turn around and enter the area. Go down the stair and kill Rumphy (Stones spells work great)

As far as the number of caracter in your party, that depends on your type of game play. I'm usually a solo player. However, I'll admit that past the Dragon Spire, you'll be almost unbeatable.

Keep in mind that even though you climb slower with a party of 6, that's the way the game was designed. You will be on the usual career path with that group. Consequently, with smaller group, you'll be more powerfull faster and you'll be pretty dangerous. Don't forget that there's no level cap in this game to stop your progression.
