Lost Idol of Aku

This quest is offered in Ishad N'a (Magic Shoppe), however,I never came across it in any of the game play locations elating to Ishad Na.

Is it after the town of Brimloch roon??????

It's in the Boogre Prison which is north of Ishad N'ha.
