Flail of Ages

I think this weapon rocks!

Unfortunately it doesn't display any effect when the enemy gets hit and is slowed, so it appears to be less spectacular.

I am going to use this weapon with my stalker-cleric, but I would like to add a visual effect when the enemy is slowed. Maybe the same effect like the equivalent spell or anything else.

I have tried to download IEEP and Biff Tool to do this myself but Teambg is down and I haven't found any other site where I can get these programs.

Some people on this forum love to create new items. I would be thankful if anybody could modify the Flail of Ages + 3 and add some visual effect to it. Otherwise if you could indicate me an alternative working site to download the files and do it myself.

Im not quite sure how to send items to people, unless you just send the file and theres nothing else to it [img]tongue.gif[/img] but if you can download IEEP it would be easy to do, you would only have to add a visual effect property and the slow sound effect to the item properties.

Load the IEEP, load the item, File->Export, send .tbg file via email. The recipient will need to have IEEP (or only IEES) to import it.
