post your must play games (this has proly been done before
so anyhow mine in this order of greatest games ever to *really* great games and down to just great games #1 - the greatest Fallout2 : simply put the most fun funny exciting and interesting game because of plot and uniqueness Baldurs Gate 2: shadows of amn : loved the character interactions and plot line (ToB seemed too scripted in its plot) Planescape Torment : in knowing the teachings of zerithimon i have become stronger... Arcanum : a very cool mix between baldurs gate and fallout2 #2 - the *really* great Heroes of might 1-4 : yes even the totaly bugged up 4 was *very fun* Disciples 2 : very nicely woven plots Starcraft : enthralling and unique story X-com : all really good - hard to pick one i liked most Civilization 2: the others of the series i didnt like as much this one took the cake and i played it like no tommorow. Master of Orion 1&2: veeery sweet galactic conquest strategy game Star Control 1&2: Classic space adventure games with cool plot and interactions #3 - great games Wing Commander series: nice movies, cool flight combat simulation Anachronox: loved the plot, hated the character control system Privateer 2: cool mix between wing commander and a roleplaying baldurs type game NoX: got tedius with the constant killing, but engaging plot line made it *more* than worth it; plus multiplay for hours on end was very fun. whats your list? |

Greatest Games : Deus Ex, System Shock 2, Thief, Baldur's Gate 2, Half Life and Planescape Torment.
They all give the most fantastic experiences with magic atmosphere. |

JourneyMan Project, Total Annihilation, Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, Marathon Due to its incredible story, Halo Just because it is a sequel to Marathon, Grand Theft Auto, Whichever, just because it's a free-style game, Kind of like Pilot Wings...
And saving the best for last... MYTH I. and II<---Has the best damn story of any game ever Myth III... err... sucked... Warcraft III was prolly better, though Warcraft II was pretty awesome for it;'s era too

I rather liked Warlords II, Master of Magic and Colonization
But the #1 has to be CIV 2 And naturally there's all the infinity engine games
