I found that Whirlwind and Greater Whirlwind were pretty useful against that fellow. And I found him easier to beat than 'your innocence'. That guy took me about 6 reloads...

Don't be distracted by the floating swords. As you kill one another takes its place!
Summon some creatures - clay golem would be good as immune to sharp objects. Concentrate on the slayer - use spells to remove protection so you can get at him in close. You really do need to go for a full offensive and hit him as hard (critical strike, smite) and fast (greater whirlwind, improved haste) as possible. Good luck.

Keep trying, try and distract the swords and throw everything you have at it. I managed to finish this battle once with only me left in the end. It is very hard, probably the hardest battle in the whole sereis IMHO.

its not a spell, use the golem book in watchers tower to summon golems
(starts as flesh and is upgraded as you find the pages for it) |

But dont upgrade the book beyond clay, because you cant get cespenar to downgrade it again, and the higher golems (stone, juggernaut), although better fighters in terms of damage and survivability, dont have immunity to slashing damage.

If you download the MOD Ascension(Made by David Gaider an employee of Bioware)Your slayer form upgrades as you go up levels and the final upgrade is that you can become the ravager.
