Ok, if games have copyright protection and stuff, how come we have websites that allow you to download them for free and software for free. Same thing with music, you can easily get Cd's for free online. And most of these sites are well known to the public so why doesn't the government do anything?

Those pages will always be there. One goes down and a new pops up (or even more).

And also because most of the crack sites are hosted on servers located in countries where copyright laws don't exist, and are perfectly legal.

Its all rooted in ignorance or an "I dont give a flip attitude" in my opinion. Bootleggers, pirates, counterfieters, and illegal file-shares all have it coming in my book. I believe in Karma. What comes around goes around.
