one of my fighters has a red thing on her which is defined as "dominated" how do i cure it?

It leave over time. You could use the spell Dispell Magic to get rid of it sooner.

Also some other spells like exaltation will cure it...

Now the bigger problem is if its feeblemind because thats permanent

use a spell which is conveniently named "Remove curse"

OK, feeblemind is removed by these: Heal, Mass Heal, Dispell(not 100% sure), Raise Dead(if killed), Resurrection(if killed), Greater Restoration and Restoration. Curse(the spell) is countered by bless or Dispell, a curse on a weapon is countered by Remove Curse as well as every other curse. The fewest counters are on Level Drain, which is countered only by Heal, Mass Heal and Greater Restoration.

So, I keep finding all these cursed weapons and items and leaving them behind. Should I be casting Remove Curse on them?

Remove curse on an equipped cursed sword lets you throw away the sword, but it doesn't remove curse from it. As for the scrolls, DO NOT USE THEM! Sell them.
