The greatest RPG of all time, now back to the question: The gun is obtained at the pawn shop, but just like getting the Sega Saturn games in the first Shenmue it takes a WHOLE lot of luck which is quite a rare thing to obtain indeed, the mechanics, like all of Naka's games, tend to be so deep routed in math a solution can't be found without being Naka, himself >_<
