OK where the blazes are they. I wanted to talk to them, I am not going to just waste them becuase a Baron said so. But I can't find them. SO I decided to hack up the baron and his crew and now I am not well liked in the order. OOPS. But I can go back, but still can't find the squaters....

I think you need to chat with the people outside and they tell you bad stuff about the baron and you have to confront him with it.
