Good point Accord. You could dual with the fighter kits though.
I usually dual at level 9 so that it doesn't take too long to get the fighter skills back - 13 is quite a lot of exp. and would take a long time to get to level 14 mage. Alternative is to remove the exp. cap - there's a tool you can download to do that and allow higher levels, but I'm not sure where to get it from. On second thoughts, I see you've already done that! Oh dear, it's gone 1am here, it's snowing and my brain has frozen solid, time to go to bed when I can't even read the query properly! ------------------ Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so. Maybe you want to give berserker/mage a try?
I have played two berserker/mages already (one good, one evil), their "enrage" ability make them good Kangaxx killers. Because I have exp cap remover installed, I usually dual class them at around level 12~15, it takes longer to gain back your abilities, that's the down side.....but I prefer extra proficiency slots and HPs. But you can also gain HPs from your familiar.... A pretty good combo would be dual wielding Crom Faeyr and either Daystar or Celestial Fury, depending you like long swords or katana better. Anyways, happy dualing. ------------------ Long live H22A1!!!!! |

if you want to try the level 50 rules pack then you can get it from http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/index_editors.htm . it's about half way down the page If I remember correctly.
