Could someone explain the iwd hitpoints system?
The numbers seem really low (dwarf const. 19 = 15hp at lvl 1), it cannot follow the same rules as bg2 (d&d v2) iwd2 is meant to be d&d3 but i didn't think iwd was. Are the numbers low purely due to being lvl 1 or are 'hits' more difficult to achieve?

Thanks.

Level 1 Fighter: 1d10+5 = 6-15

Where +5 is the CON bonus.

If you enabled MaxHP, it will be 30HP at level 2.

PS: Remember... you start off as level 7-8 in BG2... Fire up BG1 and you will see what you see in IWD as well.
