Ok, check this out jack:
http://www.scummbar.com/resources/ar...read.php?id=21

I dunno, I just dunno. Seriously, is it just time to say 'to hell with all this computer shenannigans' and just go live in the country or something? Why do these people want to control everyone as much as they obviously do? I can't fathom what motivates these guys to want to have their hands on the greatest amount of factors of the greatest amount of people's lives. It just makes the mind boggle, then drool, then boggle some more, then lie flat on it's back completely still without blinking it's eyes until the madness decides to finally cease.
I dunno, I just dunno...

Yep it is really a war between pirates and Microsucks, with honest consumers caught as hostages.

I believe consumers are the most beneficial side, lol, you know what I mean, hah hah. the poor dudes are the artists and producers, well, I guess eventually the consumers will get it, but they come second.

I know. The internet had such promise as being a great tool of the proliferation and freedom of music, art, whatever, you-name-it. Now it would appear that the internat shall serve as freedom of art's ultimate downfall. When you have to essentially apply for permission from a software corporation to have your products/music/artworks seen and heard by the mass market it just doesn't bode well for creativity and freedom of thought.
'No, we don't quite find your work/products aggreeable, and so ends your career before it begins. Next please...'.

For many people like myself who downlaod an awful amount of games, films etc this is very bad news, and I dread the day that my computer is monitored this closely as will many people I imagine, granted it has its advantages like been bale to reduce computer crimes and indecent pornographics things, but I think the disadvantages outway the advantages.

Ok, that's a joke, right? No one would buy a computer like that. They might as well stop making pc's, they would make more profit that way.

No joke, as far as I know.
The thing is, they arn't going to explicitly TELL people that these new PCs are being monitered in such a fashion. At least they won't make it loud and clear. It'll be in the miniscule fine print at the bottom of the terms-of-service agreement. It just kinda fills the heart with a good ol' dose of apathetic despair doesn't it?
Well... it's obvious there is a problem when your computer only work when connected to the internet, it delete files by itself, and do other crazy stuff.

They might fool a few people at first, but people are going to be pissed.
