I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for the lady in the telvanni council house to begin construction of your stronghold. Llunela Hleran is in the Hermitage of the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora. You need to be a Mouth of the Telvanni House before she will build you this stronghold, then she asks you to get your construction contract from Vedam Dren in Ebonhart, then she needs you to soultrap 2 storm atronarchs (note...extremely hard to do at level 5!!!), then you give both of them to her and she says that construction will begin soon. I am wondering if it ever actually begins and if it does how long does it take to build it?
If anyone has any info on this matter please post. Raktizz Nemmex

A day or so after you bring the soul gems and the construction permit to the Hermitage, a note in your journal will tell you to visit her again. She will then tell you the location of your strong hold and to see the forman of the project. Then phase II will begin .....

Telvanni strongold is the one i didn't built yet (only two "goes" so far), but from experience with Hlaalu & Redoran ...
1.st phase - a day to start and around 4 days to finish. 2. and 3. phase take around a week or so to complete. Neuro

Yep, your very own house complete with people to sell, buy, repiar and train you. The three great houses each have a stronghold:
SPOILER . . . . . . . . . . . . 1. Odai Plateau, south of Balmora, from House Hlaalu (nice layout, good location) 2. Ulvirith’s Grave, West of Tel Fry, from House Telvanni (looks neat, but hard to move in if you are a tall Orc, Nord or High Elf and it is located in the most desolate, middle of no where place you can find) 3. Bal Isa, North West of Ald’Ruhn, from House Redoran (looks OK, not much storage, in the Ashlands and you have to fight lots of wild life to get in or out between re-spawns) . . . . . . . . and if you do not like your new home, since you have to kill the leaders of the other two while they are in their new homes, you can take over their home, bribe or kill their employees and set yourself up as the new Lord of the Manor. |

Si if i build this, i can store any excess weight and my collectibles in the place and they won't get lost, stolen, or the computer will respawn them elsewhere right.... if i leave it there, it will be there when i come back.... right?

Works fine for Hlaalu and Telvanni houses. Never stored anything in Redoran stronghold I got as a Redoran (Orc Custom Paladin) but it should be OK too. I have stored jewels, clothes, keys, enchanted rings, books and filled gem stones in desks, dressers, closets, on tables and on the floors and nothing has grown legs and wandered off yet with 200+ days game time of leaving stuff in the provided containers in the House Strongholds.

I just want to say, if you put your stuff in a closed room/building, with no one in there, the computer will never replace it and it will always be there. In the 2000 game days I've played, I've never put any of my stuff in crates or stuff like that in the open, or in a room where another npc is residing, and I've never lost any of my stuff. I found that the best place (not including any of the three house strongholds, because I haven't used them yet), is Falanaamo the clothier in Caldera. There are lots of crates, tables, chests, shelves and other places to store stuff in, you're right next to the mages guild, you're really close to creeper the scamp, and Falanaamo is not a quest realted npc, so you don't have to worry about killing her, just taunt her and kil her. I've easily stored every daedric, glass, and ebony weapon there, will countless other items, it is undebatebly the best place to go!!
