Spoiler Question on Items and Sellers

I go to this site

and it specifically states that the cloak of Greater Sanctuary can be purchased from the Shadow Servant at the lair of the Shadow Lich.

Well I march in and take everyone out that is hostile at that lair including the lich, (and none listed as a servant of the shadow lich), and there is no one there with that description. Moreover I've never seen the Cloak of Displacement or the Greater Mantle of Spell resistance. Where are these fantastic cloaks? What happened to the shadow lich's servant?

Is this a version thing? (I have 1.30)

Leave the shadowplane and then re-enter. All will be revealed to you then.

Ah - another obvious oversight on my part (it certainly won't be the last..).

Thanks! But what about those other cloaks?
