Re: Boogre Bar VIII
And so the old crowd began to return and reflect on times long past, and the Boogre Bar began to bring in profit once more.
Ah, you gotta love being back in business... |

Re: Boogre Bar VIII
That steaming mug that Wyvern handed Chi may not have been nostalgia?
Chi has slumped to the ground, eyes rolling up into his head. The key has been accidently? kicked into the filth by Wyvern? Do we have anyone well versed in Vine magic in the bar?

*mixes up a giant restoration potion*
Here... have some of this. Forget where I got the recipe... probably just as well. Now, let me get to work on that wine cellar lock...

Re: Boogre Bar VIII
The normally creaky front door glides open and closed with barely a whisper as a small dark shadow wafts into the bar. With a barely visible flutter, two hands and the head of Dr. Pick suddenly appear from within the shadow. He smiles and sighs deeply as he reaches to climb up onto the nearest bar stool.
Barkeep? Is that the smell of hot Nostalgia? I got quite a hankerin' fer that right about now. Been travelin' a long time an' I'm chilled to the bone. Ah feel like a lich that's been conjurin' Frost Giants fer the past several months. He eyes the filthy corner of the room with a body lying motionless nearby. (laughing) Some things just never change do they?

Re: Boogre Bar VIII
Well, the barkeep's busy digging a grave in the back for that lost soul, so I'll step in to help out
Wouldja lookee there? A nice big pot of nostalgia, simmering over there on the stove. Magical pot, too... you can get just the temperature you want. *serves up a round* So... how's everyone been doing?

Re: Boogre Bar VIII
Well, I've been doing very little adventuring! In the "real world" my husband was in the hospital for over a year which had a rather dramatic effect on our lives. He's home now but in a wheelchair and trying to find some telecommunting work. I've written a book on needle felting (Needle Felting - to the Point) and am teaching needle felting on CraftEdu.com.
Recently finished a dragon class for CraftEdu - you can see the dragon here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/prittens/4600643341/ Haven't been out adventuring in I don't know how long. I've been reduced to "casual games" OH MY!!! Wyv

Re: Boogre Bar VIII
Sorry to hear about Jack, Wyv. That's rough And somehow, I suspect "rather dramatic effect" to be an understatement.
That dragon is amazing! I salute you for it!
