Hi!
I am feeling much better these days! Thanks for asking! Paying attention to what I eat has made a tremendous difference in how I feel! (That and much added rest )
Flatterer!

I'm glad you're feeling better now. Good diet and proper rest do wonders for your state of health and state of mind. Are you able to get some moderate exercise like swimming or walking?

Keep us informed! You're not gone and you're definitely not forgotten!
Hey, just telling it like I see it.

I am getting a little exercise...day to day housekeeping keeps me pretty tuckered but I've managed to clear a good portion of the back yard of weeds and got my front yard set up re-potting plants and making room to do an awning project that's been put on hold since last spring. I know it doesn't sound like much but I am handpainting pots and keeping the finishing supplies in the garage so I have to take fairly long walks around half of the property to finish them and again to go retrieve them later. Believe me, right now its enough LOL...my thighs hurt from moving around the way I have been the last few days but its a good hurt and at least its my thighs and not my heart. Hopefully by next week I'll be ready to do the whole block!

P.S.
Ladyzekke,
I watched the video today and laughed my arse off...no pain involved LOL that was great! Thank you!!!

Sir Taliesin is 16% gay! I'm a walking, talking, red-blooded hetero guy. Just way to straight for these modern times mate!

My question to you all is how many of you used your real name or your real nick?

@Moni: In that case, how would you like to come pack and haul boxes, since belle and I are moving next month? I don't think that sofa would be too heavy for you to carry down the stairs....

Sounds like you're doing well enough, then. You have cats, if I remember correctly, yes? They probably help out quite a bit! Pets are healthy, you know.

Thank you for the offer but, uh, no Thank you! KHaN and I loaded and moved 16 large crates of books out of our TV room a year & a half or so ago...I am still not looking forward to any more packing/moving that I may ever have to do.

Yes, my cats have been great! Seven has taken to sitting in my lap and the elusive Maggie has been sighted sleeping at the foot of my bed when I wake up in the morning! After three years of sharing the same house, Maggie actually let me walk right up to her and pet her today!
Hillary doesn't freak and run away anymore since I saved her from a tug-of-war the dogs were having with her but I'll not try to pet her just yet...it took her days to even come home and she has let me in the same room with her twice since...that is major progression on her part and besides, I have six others who will gladly be a lap ornament at any given time.

I made a cement garden block today with Hercules paw prints in it today.
He wasn't real happy to do it but liked the extra attention he got from me. Its really hard to divide time between four dogs all at once so I gave the others chewies and locked him and myself in the shed for a while. The good dog that he is, he has forgiven me for getting his feet dirty.
