I sure am crying atm.

I just turned down a game worth 35 aud. Its been on sale and 50% off. Its the latest expansion of everquest 2 "echoes of faydwer" which includes the other two expansions and the original everquest 2 game.

I havent played everquest 2 in 1.5 years and i have been tempted to come back more than once. sigh... still.. 50% off of the bloody game with all 3 expansions and the original!.

/cry

It's not bad now, EQ2. Not so hardcore though either, so you may or may not like that. But I like some of the changes they implemented and if I was a fan I would be happy enough with the state of the game atm.

well i left 2 years ago with a lvl 60 Fury and I would know he would still be there when i load the game back on. . back then i loved the changes.. and i just hear better things ever since ive left.

Ill probably install the game in a month or two anyway . I do wonder who in IW still play eq2 though. I reckon not many.

I don't think anyone here does anymore. They made alot of changes in the wake of WoW, to try make it more similiar and casually geared, but I guess it was too late. That and the hefty sys. requirements for EQ2 kinda killed it (at least for me, personally, since I felt it wasn't that visually stunning at all even on medium settings).
