I have a plan for a role-play game.Im gonna change around the game order a wee bit, backgrounds and so forth. But im going to play a black inquisitor.I want a black portrait and cant find one ANYWHERE.My plan is to go through BG2 after having a charm cast on the PC so he cant remeber Anything of BG1.Then ill go through ToB.Then BACK to BG1 from the start as if in a dream rememebring his past. But i still want a portrait of a black paladin.Dont tell me im going to have to use a screenshot from diablo 2

EDITED becuase of my pants spelling

I have no idea why you want to go back through BG1 with a character who has beat SOA & TOB. That sounds dreadfully boring.

But it is incredibly simple to make portraits for this game. Post a link to a photo you like of a person, and I will remake it into a BG2 portrait for ya. Or just learn how yourself: http://www.planetbaldursgate.com/bg2...ize/portraits/

I mean from the start of BG1,not at lvl 7 as that would be a rather large overkill.I just think i may aswell do both, prefer BG2 and ToB and wanted a way to justify doing BG1 last so my brother didnt laugh at me.Point is,i dont like having portriats that are different styles if you know what i mean. The origonal BG ones are different to the ones that you can D/L.The D/Ld ones you can tell are hand drawn, whereas the origonals are computer generated.A phto would just look so out of place i would hate it.

OK.

I don't like mixing styles either, so I converted ALL my portraits to the photographic style -- for me this adds to the realism. I don't use NPC's much though (I mostly generate my own whole party).

What I am suggesting, is (it's easy) to convert ANY image you can find on the web, into a Portrait. So if you can find some fantasy artwork with a face that you like, post the link here and you or I can crop/covert to a portrait.

Try using Google's advanced image search utility.

Or, here is the largest BG portrait collection I know of... at 39 pages full of male portraits, surely they have a black man in there:
http://cassinus.free.fr/Hommes/page_01.htm

Or, finally, I can offer this: my friend's custom portrait of Mr. T and you can get it from his web page:

How about the top-left warrior portrait on this page:

Here are many more portrait links:

I saw one in there of Jimi Hendrix.
