Why is a rabbits foot lucky when the rabbit that originally owned it had his little lucky rabbit neck wrung so that four people could own a lucky rabbits foot. I would suggest that the rabbit with four connected feet that escapes the 12 bore and is still breathing is the far luckier rabbit.

I tried to pull a rabbit out of a hat once......never succeeded but I did pull a dead hair out of my underpants.

P.S.....Congrats Charean and RD

Are you sure that wasn't a WILD hair, Charlie?

Thanks for the well wishes... and I am stunned to see Charlie post!! WOW!! We are honored indeed!

The evil bunnies are both male... didn't want a herd of rabbits in a couple of months (they only are pregnant for one month and then wait a week before MORE bunnies!!)

Anywho... our weather is the same as Saz (he is about 50 minutes up the road from us) - lots of rain but warm... that means it is green as all get out here... reminds me of home!

We celebrated our birthdays by going out for fondue... I have loved it for years and finally introduced Rudy to it... by the way he tore through the chocolate you would think he was born to it. It was fun.

Bought him the new Puddle of Mud cd for his bday... waiting for the verdict on that.

I really enjoyed meeting the people on the board that I have... and Rudy - well, he is the most impressive man I have ever met. (Don't make me get all gushy)...

I guess we wanted you all to know, since this is a internet romance that did well.... in a few months watch for wedding announcements.

MAN, Neb...

You are SO right.
We started with the appetizer... Swiss and Blue cheeses with white wine... dipped various breads, Granny Smith apple, and vegetables... yum...
Then a house salad with a raspberry vineragette...
The entrée... filet miñon, chicken, scallops, shimp and vegetables... cooked in a beef broth, dipped in sauces (horseradish, teriyaki-ginger, sweet & sour, honey mustard, and a WONDERFUL one called Green Goddess)
Desert.... Milk chocolate and we dipped bannanas, strawberries, cherries, apples, and pieces of Angel-food cake... had to take an extra dose of my diabetes meds..

OH, it was good....
