Well i'm just starting again... what i had in mind...

Female human Warrior (warrior => barbarian => Paladin => valkyrie)
Dwarf female warrior (idem)
Cat priest (... zenmaster)
Rat warrior (.. assassin)
Gnome warrior (..assassin)
Elf Wizard (Warlock or Zen)

Well thats it

I heard i wont be able to get 2 special characters of the same kind but no prob i'll just reset or go with one of each class

I dont take rogue to start just cause i cant find the rogue guild (none in Valeia if i remember) and that it would be a loss in training possibilities...

Only 2 magic users... Priest for Vine and Wizard for Stone... then i'll see and will try to get a paladin as soon as possible (probably the 2 females)

Why do you think you need 6 charactors? I wouldn't play another game with more than 4, my 1st was with 5 because I left room for a npc that never happened.
I like your idea of not starting with a rogue because you can get the same skills with a bard or a barbarian.
What! No Omphaz, I dont like them either.
I think you have a well rounded party.
My next game will be tried with a whiskas wizard alone. It is important to try & get all the guilds so he will go wizard-bard-samurai-paladin-ranger-wizard-barbarian-ninja-zenmaster.
The reasons for this are;
wizard-stone magic-wizards guild
bard-moonmagic-rogues guild (merchant skill to get gold)
samurai-sun magic-fighters & bushi guilds
paladin-spiritmagic-temple guild
ranger-vine magic & fletchery
wizard-fiend magic & good mana
barbarian-lots of hitpoints
ninja-fighting skills & deathstrike
zenamaster-the ultimate
I will stay in roles for only about 11 levels to get the level 7 spells my biggest restriction (beside survival) will be obtaining gold early.

Sounds like a good party, Arfie, although a little light on magic for my taste.

My next six-character party will probably be two warriors (whiska and ratling), two priests (gnome and oomphaz), and two wizards (pixie and elf).

Ratling warrior to become a barbarian and get the locks and picks skill, becoming the primary lockpicker (to use that golddigger trait). Whiska 'cause I like kitties... sometimes....

Two priests so they can get to level 7 in vine and spirit quickly, and ditto for the wizards (sun and stone). And I like the elephants -- the only real issue is finding armor, and by the end of the game, it doesn't really matter what they're wearing

I will mention to you that your stated goal (of two of each elite class) will mean resetting adventures when you are just about completed with the game. And I mean just about completed -- you will be in your very last dungeon.

As for the overall class path, I tend not to get bogged down in it. 'Most everyone gets to be 'most every class anyway, and I tend to change classes around level 12 or 13, with the exception of those initial warriors. They're going for barbarian as soon as they get the gold.

I've played full parties, and I've played solo. The best thing about this game is that there are no right or wrong answers -- only choices. Each game plays differently based on the characters that you have.

So go ahead, and....

My fav starting party? Easy lol:
Female Zenmaster
Female Zenmaster
Female Zenmaster
Female Zenmaster
Female Zenmaster
, and finally a
Female Zenmaster. LOL. DO I have to tell you why?

No more seriously:
Male Pixie Priest
Female Elven Wizard
Female Elven Wizard
Male Ratling/whiskah Rogue
Female Human Warrior
Male Lizzord Warrior

And Li0nhe@rt, IŽd go with two wizards instead of two priests. More damaging spells and a warrior trained as paladin will be able to heal as well. Oh, and give your rogue a passing through barbarian. Otherwise for every party

LiOnHe@rT,
Your party looks good but I agree with WillowIX, you only need one priest because other charactors can learn the healing spells too.
I'd have longer career paths so that more charactors can have those healing spells. You'll need a ranger at some stage for the fletchery skill.

gee thx about giving me those WONDERFUL advice!!! but it's a bit too late 4 me now coz i resetted the adventures due to some "role-changing accidents" i had.......(i switched my wizard role too early n resulted in having only 3rd level sun & stone spells.... "
i'm also regretting about having 2 priests instead of 2 wizards.... !!! but if i change my ninja wizard character 2 a warlock now, i would be able 2 regain all my sun + stone spells again !!!
thx again 4 the comment...........
