The surname is Kirk.

That makes me Brad Kirk.

My middle name is James. That makes me Brad James Kirk.

But my REAL first name is Bradley.

So I suppose I am Bradley James Kirk. But for this we will stick with Brad. As I am Catholic, I have a confirmation name, which is Peter.

So I am Bradley James (Peter) Kirk.

But you can call me Lavindathar.
