Ok, now that the mystery of kicking has been revealed, (this is my first post by the way..have been lurking for some time and this board has the best info and people by far!),
my question is on the development of my ninja given what we now know about equiping shields and it's activation. I am at the castle now (just ran past the mantraps and I am getting ready to do battle with them) and it is only a matter of time when my 10th level rouge flips the switch and converts. Should I train shield with this character now? Would it be worth my while, or simply just equip the shield to enable the kicking to "kick" in. Knowing what you now know about the secret of kicking, how would you develop your ninja warrior differently (or monk for that matter, seeing as I will be doing that with my priest soon enough)? |

Actually, you should only train in shield after you max out you weapon skills ie. Kung-Fu and 2nd Weapon (if it applies, I'm not sure).
