What's your question? So far as I know, Abishai don't appear in BG, though they do appear in Torment: Planescape. They are lesser demons of Law.

They are gonna be in TOB and they are of the race of devils though they call themselves baatezu. They are in a eternal war with the demons(tanaari) called the blood war because they believe evil should be organized and lawful and the tanaari are the exact opposite being chaotic evil. They are always of lawful evil alignment and their are 3 species of abishai black, green, and red and can only be harmed by enchanted weapons or certain metals. They are the foot soldiers of the baatezu.

I know what you mean. That bloke must have quoted the entire contents of the "Planewalker's Guide to the Planes" when asked

Ive heard many things about planescape torment. In some reports they told, there would be too many dialogs and the game is at begin quite annoying. I dont know if i should buy it or not... What would you say?

BUY IT! It is far more like "Real" AD&D than any other game, by "Real" AD&D I mean like playing AD&D with your friends, you can talk yourself out of at least half of the non-random encounters in the game, you can also fight your way out of them, there is no XPcap, but I think lvl 40 is max, the enemies are not just boring old goblins and kobolds, and your party members are not just plain old elves and dwarves!
Spoiler ahead! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Your possible party-members include: A talking flying skull, a succubus(Female Demon), an undead warrior and a mage that is burning constantly. |
