Glad it's finally coming to the U.K. What the heck took so long. Don't worry about bugs, and such Epona. I haven't had any yet. You should buy it, it's worth it!

I am also having CD problems - I have also posted on the TOB board. I get the message:
"Software Production Error. Insert Original CD"
Is this what happened to you? If so, how did you fix it?

Awesome game

I have had it for a couple of weeks and would guess I am 1/2 way through it and have not encountered any bugs (at least none that I know of

) You should have no problems with it!! Just enjoy and kick some Bhaalspawn butt!

Epona are you running windows 2000 with service pack 2? I here there are some problems with that combination.

No, Windows 98, but apparently I need to dl the Beta patch (sigh) because it is a problem with the laserlock security coding or something like that, it's all greek to me.

Apparently 5-10% of users with the European version are affected by this. Typically it happens to me, without the knowledge or patience to sort it all out!

I have now uninstalled SOA, and reinstalled it, and now THAT won't work either. So I now have to sort that out before I dl the patch, which will probably take ages. And there I was, thinking I would spend a nice Saturday playing my new game. Silly me. I was thinking that the developer/testing people were paid lots of money to make sure that problems like this were sorted out before release, but no, and it just ruins my weekend.

As you can probably tell, I'm really annoyed and kinda jabbing at my keyboard with a snarl on my face.
