Mel, I agree with you about the symbolism. I mean, symbolism is a rather personal thing. As in,a door in someone's dream may mean one thing, but mean something very different in someone's else's dream. Symbolism can only be subjective and never objective, but I do think works such as the one's we have mentionned here we can find a new perspective on things.
