On my new game i want to play a berserk and dualling him. But i cant decide:
1. Should i dual him immediatly into a cleric after lv 8 in order to reach lv 20 as cleric?
2.Or should i let him get the 12-13 lv then dual him into a druid(1.5m = max exp for druid)?
What you guys think about it? Is a berserk/cleric or a berserk/druid better?
And are there any disadvantages? Like i cant use only druid weaspons? I dont think so, because this is dualling not multiclassing.

I've never been able to dual class a Druid. Didn't think the game allowed it. Doesn't allow dual classed Beastmaster or Archer even though they're Rangers.
Also correct me if I'm wrong, but in pen and paper Ad&d couldn't you dual class as many times as you liked as long as the stats were ok? In Dark Sun I remember changing class a couple of times, and in 1st edition that's how you became a Bard (Fighter+Thief+Bard). In one BG2 game I intended to be a Kensai/Thief/Mage. But it didn't happen. I suppose Dual does means two after all.

Go the Lvl 20 cleric option.

Well, you can't dual into druid, you can only multiclass kit it with an elf as a mage-druid. Regardless, when you dual out a fighter you should try to wait until level 9. This gives you one more proficiency to put on your weapons (and usually one extra kit ability). Very important if you are going to be a master of dual wield.

Thx guys. But i just tried it out, and you can dual a fighter into a druid! Just started the game new, i gave him 18 str 17 cha and 17 wis and then noticed he is able to dual into a druid or cleric.

I would still suggest going with the Ranger dualled to cleric. You get way more armor options, decent weapons and all the spells; Druid and Cleric. If you want the druidic type spells with a dualled fighter type, I think this is the best solution. I'm in my second game and using this strategy.
