I was just wondering what kind of processor and stuff do you need to run
the good games (Neverwinter Nights).

Most games have a basic requirement of about 700 MHz, and a GeForce 2 MX or equivalent graphics card. However, if you want the most out of the experience, I would advise double that. A 1.5 GHz to a 2.0 GHz CPU won't be too much, and will be able to run practically anything. For graphics card, a GeForce 4200 Ti is an absolute steal. Other than that...Windows?

Well, what about it? It'll be half the price in a year, and won't run anything noticeably better than a GeForce 4 Ti, unless you individually check pixels.

Huh? I don`t understand what are you trying to say. I know it means"hit or touch" but what are you trying to tell me?

Basically, what touche means in an informal sense is "you got me." It's essentially conceding that you made a good point, usually one that the speaker wouldn't have thought of himself. It's made in good humour. Hope that makes sense!

And to add a bit to that:
It's actually French "touchè" and means "touched" (literally) or rather "hit" as it comes from fencing and the fact that you fence until the first hit (in one of the before specified regions, e.g. the torso) occurs.
So it basically means: "You win this round" or (more casually) "got me this time"
